Enhancement Request Form

You can use this form to submit ideas for new or improved features in the Diamond Mind Baseball game. To do so, fill out the form below and click on the Submit button.

You can also submit ideas by sending email to features@diamond-mind.com. The email option is preferred if you want to submit a lot of ideas at one time; in that case, consider creating a Word document (or something similar) and sending it to us as an attachment.

Guidelines

Before submitting a request, please take a moment to review the following:

• for over ten years, we have been maintaining a database of customer suggestions. If you have submitted an idea in the past (by phone, mail, or email), it's already in our database, so there's little to be gained by submitting it again.
• we have begun releasing information about our upcoming version 9 upgrade, and you can check our version 9 update page to see if your idea is already on the list of new or improved features.
  

  NOTE: If you don't see your idea on that list, please don't use this form to ask us whether your idea is among the other improvements being planned. We will not reply to those questions because we need to spend as much time as possible working on the game.

• if your idea involves play-by-play commentary, please use the play-by-play suggestion form instead
• while it's much too late for us to add anything big to the version 9 schedule, it's not too late to add a few small improvements to our plan. If you have an idea, please don't wait until after we're done with the new version.
• we currently have hundreds of suggestions in our database, some that involve a huge amount of work, some only a few minutes. In each of our upgrades, we always include a few major projects and dozens of small improvements, but there is no way that we can do everything. The suggestions that don't make the cut for version 9 will be considered again for a future release.
• with such a large number of requests on file, it's tempting to think that anything you might suggest is already known to us. We receive a number of unique ideas each year, so please don't make that assumption. We'd rather receive an idea more than once than miss an opportunity to add something unique to our game.

Your name and email address are optional. We'd prefer that you include them so we can contact you with any questions we might have. But you can remain anonymous if you like.
