How to Order

You can order Diamond Mind Baseball products online or by mail, phone, fax, or e-mail.

Visit our online store to place a secure order.

Send a check or money order (payable in US funds to Diamond Mind, Inc.) or credit card order to Diamond Mind, Inc., 16055 SW Walker Rd #433, Beaverton, OR 97006-4942. If you do not already have an order form, please use the printable order form.

For credit card orders, call us at 800-400-4803 between 9am and 5pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. (The 800# is valid in the US and Canada; others can call us at 503-531-8442)

Fax your credit card order to 503-531-4006. If you do not already have an order form, please use the printable order form.

Send e-mail to info@diamond-mind.com listing the products you wish to order, your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date.

Massachusetts residents must add 5% sales tax.

Diamond Mind products are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, return the product for a refund of the purchase price (except shipping and handling, which is not refundable).

Shipping Schedule

Orders placed by noon Pacific time, Monday to Friday, will be shipped no later than the next business day, and often the same business day. Shipment may be delayed if we need to contact you about your order. Orders placed between noon Friday and noon Monday will be shipped Monday. We do not ship or send email on weekends or holidays.

Shipping and Handling Charges

We can ship your game order by first class, Priority or Overnight (US only) according to the schedule below. Email delivery is an option for season disk orders. (Sorry, we can't ship games or upgrades by email.)

Standard shipping options for all products:
First class mail within the US -- $5
Priority Mail within the US -- $7
Overnight delivery within the US -- $20
International Air Mail -- $5
Global Priority Mail -- $13 (where available)

Special option for orders that include only season disks:
E-mail only -- no charge

NOTE: Email delivery of a season disk involves downloading an attached file (up to 500KB in size) then finding that file on your hard disk and renaming it. If you are not familiar with these actions, or you don't know how to overcome any restrictions that your email system may place on file attachments, please do not request the email delivery option.

Discounts

We offer the following discounts on large orders: 10% off of orders over $100, 20% off orders over $200, 30% off orders over $300 and 40% off orders over $400. (If you place your order through our online store, your order form will not show these discounts, but we will deduct them before processing your order and before your credit card is charged.)

These discounts apply to products for use by a single customer. For example, if you place an order for 25 different seasons for your own use, you would earn a 30% or 40% discount, depending on the total value of the order.

With one exception, these discounts do not apply to orders covering more than one person. For example, a league commissioner cannot earn a 40% discount by placing an order for 24 copies of the 2003 Season Disk for use by league members.

The exception is that we can offer discounts on the initial purchase of games and season disks for leagues that are switching from a competitor's game to Diamond Mind Baseball. If your league is considering a switch to Diamond Mind, send us an email and we'll put together a price quote that is specific to your situation.

Advance Orders

Due to popular demand, we sometimes take advance orders for products that are not yet shipping. If you place an advance order, it will be handled in one of the following ways:

An order containing only advance order items will be held until the items are ready for shipment. We will charge your credit card when the advance items are ready to ship.

If you place an order that includes both advance items and items currently shipping, we will charge your credit card immediately for all of the items on the order, ship what we can right away, and ship the remaining items when they are available. You will incur only one shipping charge.

If you wish to order a mix of advance items and items that are currently shipping, but do not want your credit card to be charged for the full amount right away, enter two separate orders. You will be charged for shipping on each order, but we won't charge your card for each order until the items on that order are about to ship.

Privacy

Regardless of how you choose to place your order, we use the information you provide solely to process and ship your order and to register you as an owner of the products you purchase. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute your information to anyone for any purpose.
