As a member of the Imagine Sports product roster, Diamond Mind Baseball is now a completely Internet-based business. As such, all orders must be placed online through the Diamond Mind web site, and all of our products are available for delivery by direct download only. We are not able to provide CD backups at this time.

We provide free customer support via email to all registered owners of Diamond Mind Baseball and related products. Email responses are provided primarily during regular US/Eastern business hours (M-F, 9-5) and we do our best to respond to all inquiries within one business day.
